Loaner Car Policy
Please review the following terms before taking a Swedeworks Automotive loaner vehicle.
- 1 Driver must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid driver license and current insurance card.
- 2 There is no charge for use of the loaner car. We ask only that you replace any fuel that you use.
- 3 We are not responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or tolls incurred while the vehicle is in your possession.
- 4 In the event of an incident or accident, the claim will go through your insurance first, before it goes through ours.
- 5 No smoking in the vehicle.
- 6 No pets in the vehicle.
- 7 Swedeworks Automotive is not liable for any loss or damage to property left in the vehicle.
- 8 The loaner car must be returned within 24 hours from notification that your vehicle repair is complete.
By accepting a loaner vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above.
